This month, we wanted to highlight a partnership that is benefiting our neighborhood high school. Members of Dalewood United Methodist Church have taken an active role in serving the students – and specifically the student athletes – at Stratford High School by providing meals and meeting other needs. Pastor Sean Stanfield will join us to talk about all the ways the church is involved at Stratford, and how the community can be engaged as well.

As always, we’ll also hear from District 7 Councilman Anthony Davis, and get a police update from Sgt. Mike Fisher of the East Precinct. Meetings are held in the basement of the Litton Alumni Center - the entrance is on the ground level, north side.
